Capsy is made available at no cost. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No contract of sale comes into existence by downloading it, and there is no right of withdrawal to be granted, because nothing is being purchased.

Capsy changes a system-level power setting so that your Mac does not sleep while Caps Lock is on. You are responsible for deciding whether that is appropriate for your machine and your situation. Liability for damages arising from use of the software is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for injury to life, body or health, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz, remains unaffected.
